TrovaCars is a car rental comparison, intermediation, and distribution platform operated by Zentia Labs LLC.

The service consists of facilitating the search, price and conditions comparison, and booking of rental vehicles offered by external providers.

TrovaCars acts exclusively as a broker and intermediary. It is not the fleet operator nor the final vehicle lessor.

The rental contract is entered into directly between you and the selected rental provider. TrovaCars facilitates the booking and transmits the necessary data, but does not assume the obligations of the lessor.

• You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You must hold a valid and current driving license that meets the requirements of the provider and the pick-up country.
• The personal, identity, and driver data you provide must be accurate and complete. Inaccurate data may prevent vehicle pick-up or result in additional charges.

Prices and availability shown on TrovaCars are obtained in real time from rental providers and may change until the moment of confirmation.

A booking is only considered confirmed when you receive the corresponding confirmation email or notification. Until then, prices and conditions may change.

Cancellation, modification, and no-show policies depend on each rental provider and are communicated during the booking process.

TrovaCars does not assume liability for conditions imposed by the provider, including charges for late cancellation, no-show, or late return.

In the event of an incident with the vehicle or the provider service, the claim should be directed to the rental provider. TrovaCars will reasonably assist in mediation when possible.

Zentia Labs products, software, documentation, interfaces, brands, and other product elements are owned by Zentia Labs LLC or its licensors.

The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to use the service during the term of the commercial relationship and in accordance with the contract.

Each party undertakes to protect the other party confidential information with a reasonable standard of care and to use it only for performance of the commercial or technical relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, or data loss not directly attributable to a breach by such party, nor for outages caused by third parties outside its reasonable control.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Zentia Labs’ aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The foregoing limitations and exclusions will not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations.

Each party will indemnify and hold the other harmless against third-party claims arising out of the breach of its own obligations under these terms or of the content, data, or services it contributes to the service.

TrovaCars is not the vehicle lessor and does not control the fleet, vehicle condition, pick-up conditions, or the commercial policies of the providers. Liability for these aspects lies exclusively with the rental provider.

These terms will be interpreted under the governing law set out in the contractual documentation signed with the customer. In the absence of a specific agreement, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, will apply, subject to the competent courts of that territory unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
