TrovaCars provides a vehicle rental comparison, brokerage, and distribution service. Availability, final pricing, and specific conditions depend on the selected supplier and on the information provided during search and booking.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TrovaCars is not the fleet operator or final vehicle lessor. We act as an acquisition, comparison, booking, payment, or support channel depending on the supplier flow.

• You must provide real, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You must satisfy the minimum age, valid licence, and supplier requirements.
• The person making the booking must have legal capacity to contract.

Rates and availability may change until the booking is effectively confirmed. TrovaCars displays information received from suppliers and connected systems, but final confirmation depends on operational, payment, and inventory checks.

Each offer may have its own cancellation, refund, deductible, fuel, mileage, deposit, or no-show rules. You must review the specific conditions shown before confirming the booking.

TrovaCars is responsible for the reasonable operation of the platform and for the obligations it expressly assumes as broker or merchant. We are not responsible for supplier defaults, force majeure, or inaccurate information provided by the user.

Disputes will be interpreted according to applicable consumer law and the contractual obligations assumed in each booking.
